Zillow: "Home Value Depreciation Picks Up Speed in January"

We recently presented CoreLogic's nearly 7% decline for January YOY depreciation in Charlottesville Area home prices.  Now Zillow reports the annual national index has declined 7.3%.  

95% (124) of the 131 metro areas surveyed showed depreciation.  The rate of depreciation is the highest since December 2008--the throes of the Great Recession.
