Foreclosures: Worst. Quarter. Ever.

Q3 2009 was a record breaker, despite the Federal Gov't's  Home Affordable Mortgage Program.  Only a few thousand of the HAMP mods are out of the trial period, however...so Q1 2010 could beat this quarter....
